Blue has been there for me all my life. A bit like how William and Kate dress their family. The British have an affinity to the colour blue. It's a traditional colour with nods to heritage sports like sailing, cricket, and horse riding.
The use of blue in our latest collection is across the spectrum, from toned down in 'Mist', 'Vapour' or even 'Silver birch' - these are the more subtle tones. But, then I've had some fun, contrasting stronger blues in stripes and trims, like the Merino blue stripe Sunny Pullover.
Blue & Green was one of our trends this season, so let's dive into some of our favourite Blue pieces.
We start with Vapour Soft Touch Pullover, the classic oversized cable pullover.
Our 100% Australian Merino Sunny Pullover is a great example of how blue tones can work together to create some fun. It's a new blue-on-blue stripe this season. This is a personal favourite, here in the office.
Set dressing is an easy way to pull together a look. Both knitwear pieces look great back with other items, but together the "Mist" set also sits inside our blue capsule.
Our most loved Seven Pullover is a wardrobe staple and the Pale Blue Twist with a Navy pop on the collar, cuffs and hem add to the fun.
Blue stripe Eight Pullover is our classic pullover at a shorter length, ideal for day to day wear.
Sadie Mock neck Pullover (which I am currently wearing) is such a flattering shape with subtle underlying blue tones in the 'Silver Birch' variation, which is stunning.
This season we can't get enough of Silver Birch in Katy Cardigan. The Button Down Cardigan is a key call out this season - so versatile for a multitude of looks.
