Please note, that we are a small growing business, without the resources of big chain companies. But we will always endeavour to respond as quickly as possible with the best solution available to us.

We offer free and easy returns for orders made in Australia!
Please ensure your item meets the following in order to qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be returned to us in original condition, unworn and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be actioned within 14 days of receiving.
If you meet the above criteria, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to confirm your exchange.
Return on Sale Items - Exchange Only
Sale page products or products purchased during a sale or with a discount code from an email or website offer are only available for product exchanges.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to exchange an item.
Items will need to be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
